CVS Health Dashboard—a hub for your health records and care options—wanted to optimize their email communications and create a consistent pre- and post-visit experience.

Task
Redesign the current email and create a reusable template.

Result
Created a consistent notification design. Eliminated three accessibility “a11y” defects. Improved email design from Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA to Level AAA. Optimized email to include a 98% delivery rate, 83% open rate, and 32% click-through rate.
