The Teacher’s Toolkit is a library of free, peer-reviewed, and open-access resources including videos, articles, and ready-to-use templates on UX Design.

Situation
A key stakeholder—Don Norman—wanted a way to curate and share free resources on UX Design with teachers, professors, and educators.

Task
Concept, design, and ship the project in two sprints.

Actions
01 Research: Performed a competitive analysis and interviews with internal key stakeholders.
02 Ideate: Created sketches, mood boards, and iterations.
03 Design: Designed five toolkits, a template for future topics, and a dedicated landing page.
04 Implement: Created requirements, user flows, and high-fidelity screens for dev handoff.
05 Test: QA and browser testing.

Result
Shipped the feature on time. Designed five UX Design Toolkits. Over 5,000 downloads since launch.
